Warranty - Always applies to initial purchase of complete item (ex: trampoline, enclosure).  Warranty is serviced by the manufacturer.  Replacement parts are typically 30 days.  Check on items not listed or specified. This page of manufacturer warranty information is as up to date as possible.  We are not responsible for non publicized changes made by manufacturer.  Always consult your User Manual for warranty details. Any modification of the product or commercial use voids all warranties.

Trampoline :
Per manufacturer.
Air Master - Normally - 10 years frame, 5 year pro-rated bed, 6 months all else (springs, pad).

Rectangle:
Texas Trampoline - Steel frame - lifetime; Bed - five years; Frame pads and springs - two years.
Texas Trampoline (8X8 only) - Steel Frame - lifetime; Bed Material- five years; Bed Stitching - 1 year; Frame Pad - 6 months; Springs - 30 days..

Enclosures:
Universal Round Enclosure for 12' to 16' - 90 days.

Accessories and parts sold separately, close out or special sale items :
30 days unless otherwise stated.

Weather Covers:
Manufacturer.

Frame Pad Special Note:
DO NOT install the trampoline frame pad skirting in between the top rail of the trampoline and the enclosure poles. This can result in the skirt tearing and is NOT covered under warranty.

Note:  The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage due to weather such as (typical examples only but not all inclusive) high winds, hail, snow loading, or pets, burns, punctures, alterations, overloading due to multiple jumpers.  In all cases refer to the User Manual & the warranty accompanying the item you have purchased.  Any modification of any product such as using less springs than specified, using altered springs, in ground installation, using for snow boarding, adding basketball hoops voids the warranty.  Commercial use also voids the warranty.
