compare the trampolines we sell to any trampoline
offered in major discount stores. Our trampolines are
designed to last for many years.

The cost to make a trampoline or safety enclosure is primarily material and labor.
In
descending order of importance this is:
Steel (Frame, springs,
poles)
Polypropylene fabric (jumping surface); synthetic fabric (net)
Vinyl fabric (exterior of
the frame pad, covering of pole foam)
Foam (interior of the frame
pad, pole foam sleeves)
Labor
Manufacturers reduce
trampoline and safety enclosure costs by
reducing the amount and quality of materials used.
This is accomplished by:
Using less steel (lighter
weight frames, less springs, smaller springs, less poles, shorter poles)
Using lower grade steel
Lower grade vinyl or
polypropylene
Less attaching hardware
Lower grade net material
(PE vs. nylon)
Thinner foam
No foam sleeve covers
Then why our trampolines?
Frames:
"W" Legs - these
units are the most stable.
Steel tubing.
Tubing is properly double galvanized.
Welded leg sockets.
Springs:
Made to long standing
industry standards used by the better US and European manufacturers.
Fully galvanized.
96 springs that are 8.5" long are used on the 12'-16' trampolines.
Frame Safety Pads:
Foam thickness at least .75
inches or more.
Pads fully cover the springs.
Bottom fabrics are strong enough to resist the wear of
friction with the springs.
No assembly required.
Heavy duty coated UV resistant vinyl.
Multiple attachments.
Longer
pad skirts.
Jumping Surface (“bed”):
Industry standard premium
polypropylene trampoline bed fabric.
Fabric allows the bed to
"breath" air through it with each jump.
Sewn exterior seams of UV
resistant heavy duty thread.
Safety Enclosures:
Eight longer straight poles; 2 U-bolt
brackets per pole.
Pole caps are slotted so straps cannot slip down.
Soft net material.
Foam on poles covered by protective vinyl sleeves.
Very easy to assemble.
