How do you measure a round
trampoline?
You measure the diameter of the top rail circumference -
outside edge to outside edge. So a 14' (fourteen foot)
round trampoline is 14' across the top - edge to edge.
-
How do you measure a
spring?
You measure from "tip" to "tip". The
"tip" is the end of the curved portion of the
spring.
-
How long will it take to
get my order - also
see Delivery?
From the time of on-line purchase, or phone order it
normally takes 3-7 working days for you to receive your order.
Our goal is less than 14 days on items that are in
stock. Shipping point is normally the Texas area.
-
Are all round trampolines
the same?
A 14' round trampoline will have jumping surfaces (mat or
bed) with various diameters depending on spring
length. Longer the spring the smaller the
surface. They also will have a spring count from 80 to
104, spring lengths from 5
1/2" to 8 1/2", and various gauge steel and
various tube diameters. It is for these reasons it is
wise to have your User Manual when ordering parts or email
us with your questions.
-
What are the weight limits
of the trampolines we sell (Their
are no standards on the "WEIGHT CAPACITY" of any trampoline for general recreational use).
We normally deal in maximum and recommended
weights that are suggested by the manufacturer.
Always based on one person on the trampoline. This
varies by manufacturer.
-
Are weather covers water
proof?
The bed is extremely water proof and porous. A weather
cover is only for sun (UV) protection, dust/dirt
protection. They are porous to water - we do not want
water trapped between surfaces - mildew, ponding are thus
eliminated. They are not for wind protection.
-
Will
safety enclosures fit on
other trampolines?
Most enclosures sold with a
trampoline at a discount store are a very basic and
low quality unit. When you add a safety
enclosure at a later date you need to purchase one
that will be universal in design to accommodate many
configurations of trampolines.
-
Who honors the warranty?
The manufacturers
directly honor their respective warranties.
Replacement parts typically have a 30 day limited
warranty.
-
Wind
The manufacturer's warranty does not
cover damage due to weather such as (typical examples only
but not all inclusive) high winds, hail, snow loading, or
pets, or multiple jumpers. In all cases refer to the
User Manual & the warranty accompanying the item you
have purchased.
