Our "shipping included" prices apply only to the contiguous U.S. and our "cost plus shipping and handling (S&H)" prices are only for the contiguous U.S. APO & similar addresses are considered international addresses and are handled as an international address.

If we do ship to an international location the receiving customer is responsible for all local taxes and custom duties.
